Kim Milligan moved to North Texas in 1999, when her job, in Telecom Sales and Marketing, transferred her to the area. A young widowed mother of two teen boys began quite an adventure and love for the state of Texas. She received her Bachelors Degree in Marketing in 2004, and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2008 at the University of Phoenix, primarily online while balancing work and life.

Kim's passion for customer service has led her through her career path in the corporate world to her ultimate dream of helping buyers and sellers with their real estate goals. Kim has personally relocated through many company transfers and understands the intricacies of buying,
selling, and investing, to working with relocation companies, learning new areas, and getting
established quickly in those areas.

Kim now is a REALTOR with the Keller Williams Dallas Metro North team and enjoys working with clients in the areas surrounding the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex including but not limited to Keller, Southlake, Grapevine, Fort Worth, Richland Hills, Flower Mound, Argyle, Highland Village, Denton, Watauga and North Richland Hills.

As much as Kim enjoys working with clients her real love is her family. Kim has 4 grown children and 4 grandchildren that she enjoys spoiling and spending time with, so much so, that she even works in the toddler Sunday School at her home church in Keller to spend time with kids!

Kim's dream is to help her clients meet their real estate goals, and to assist them in every step of the process!
